Why do I use the colour Purple?

I use Purple as the corporate colour for my business interests and my own web sites.  I'm often asked why purple? Well I'll tell you, but its pretty random actually.  Whilst I was CEO and owner of TiVA, I approached Ajaz Ahmed, the Freeserve founder, to be the company's chairman. Ajaz didn't like TiVA's sepia brown corporate colour and I wasn't that worried about the colour so I commissioned an agency to come up with a new logo and colour.  They used Purple and I loved it, so it became the colour of that logo.  Since then I've adopted it as a sort of 'brand trigger' and the 'Purple Thinking' tag came from that.  So now you know".
