|Formerly with The Burton Group, Boots, Sky TV and ASDA, in 1997 I set up Active Management, which I built up and in 2001, sold to HG Capital. I then set up business profiling company, TiVA which was purchased by a venture capital backed competitor in 2008. After that I moved into ‘portfolio working’ and for the last few years I’ve been involved in a range of projects as a consultant and interim executive. I was interim CEO of £500m supply business YPO, where I carried out a strategic review and went on to lead the successful business transformation.
